Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in cost engineering or cost control, preferably in UAE.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of cost control software and techniques.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
