Project Manager – Electrical Construction

Position Summary :
The Project Manager (PM) is accountable for the overall delivery, commercial performance, and client management of the electrical works.
The role carries full profit and loss responsibility and ensures the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and quality requirements.

Responsibilities :
Overall leadership of the electrical project from mobilization to handover.
Manage contract administration, variations, claims, cost control, and cash flow.
Act as the primary interface with Client, Consultant, and stakeholders.
Approve project schedules, recovery plans, and key procurement strategies.
Lead and manage Construction Manager, project controls, and engineering teams.
Ensure compliance with quality plans, HSE standards, and statutory requirements.
Report project performance, risks, and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:
12 + Years with bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or 15+ Years with Diploma (3 Years) in Electrical Engineering & (PMP will be advantage)
12 to 15 + years’ experience in electrical construction projects.
5 + years as Senior Project Manager on industrial/automotive projects/oil and gas projects
Proven experience managing construction projects valued at USD 15 to 30 million.
