Logistics Coordinator

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare and manage all shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs paperwork.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport companies for booking and shipment tracking.
• Ensure compliance with JAFZA regulations, UAE Customs requirements, and company policies.
• Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse teams for receiving and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and update ERP/WMS systems accordingly.
• Handle import/export documentation, including Bill of Entry, Exit Certificate, and Delivery Advice.
• Optimize shipping schedules, costs, and routes to improve efficiency.
• Support the finance team with logistics-related invoicing and payment follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 1–2 years of logistics coordination experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably within JAFZA or UAE).
• Strong knowledge of UAE Customs and JAFZA procedures.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
