Sales Co-ordinator
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing quotations, and following up with clients.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and client databases.
• Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle client inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information on products and services.
• Actively visit clients or project sites when required.
• Prepare and share regular updates on sales performance and market feedback.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
• Gender: Male
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or coordination role (preferably in UAE).
• Driving License: Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
• Personality: Active, energetic, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
