HR Officer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with the PRO on all employment-related matters, including visa processing, renewals, labour cards, Emirates ID, and other government documentation
• Managing and coordinating all company travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals, in line with approved policies and cost efficiency
• Preparing travel itineraries and schedules based on authorized travel requests
• Coordinating with insurance providers for employee insurance claims, card issuance, renewals, and cancellations
• Creating, updating, and maintaining employee records within the ERP Oracle system
• Liaising with local and overseas recruitment agencies and applicants to fulfill manpower requirements
• Coordinating with outsourced manpower providers, submitting attendance records, and verifying invoices
• Preparing purchase requests and receipt travellers in the ERP Oracle system for administrative goods and services
• Monitoring staff attendance and maintaining accurate attendance records
• Preparing monthly overtime and attendance reports and assisting with payroll processing
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role
• Experience working with ERP systems, particularly Oracle, is preferred
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality
