Qualifications & Experience:
Relevant UAE experience in contracting/designing ultra-luxury mansions & villa projects.
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Strong technical competency in post-contract quantity surveying.
Proven experience in cost control, contractual management, and project budgeting.
Immediate availability within UAE is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
