Qualifications & Experience:
Relevant UAE experience in high-end residential project management.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Strong technical understanding of luxury villa and mansion construction.
Proven leadership and organizational skills.
Immediate availability within UAE is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
