Description:
Veloche Interior and Exhibition is looking to hire a skilled and detail-oriented Document Controller to support its Interior Fit-Out projects in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who are experienced in handling technical documentation and coordinating closely with project teams in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, organize, and submit project-related documents including submittals, letters, and reports.
Maintain accurate document registers, logs, and tracking systems to ensure timely updates and submissions.
Support tender documentation processes and assist with compiling required records.
Manage the circulation, control, and filing of documents using Aconex and other project management portals.
Ensure all documents meet internal quality standards as well as project and consultant requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth document flow across projects.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience working as a Document Controller within the Interior Fit-Out industry.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Aconex, and similar document control platforms.
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Availability to join immediately is highly preferred.
