Job Position – Assistant Finance Manager

Experience Required: 15+ years

Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of proven experience in finance, with strong exposure to the UAE real estate and property development sector
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
(CPA / ACCA / CMA certification preferred)
Strong understanding of property management accounting and real estate financial reporting
Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced MS Excel, and financial modeling
Excellent analytical, reporting, and team management skills
Sound knowledge of UAE financial regulations related to real estate and property operations

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for real estate and property projects
Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and project accounting
Ensure compliance with UAE financial, tax, and property regulations
Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports
Support internal and external audits and strengthen internal control frameworks for real estate operations
