Sales Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Description :
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored fit-out solutions, working closely with design and estimation teams.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales contracts in coordination with internal departments.
• Conduct regular market research to track competitor activities, pricing trends, and new project opportunities.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to promote the company’s services.
• Lead and manage the sales team (if applicable), set KPIs, and monitor performance.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective project handover coordination with operations and project management teams.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
