Principal Accountabilities
Social Media Planning & Coordination
Coordinate with brand teams and agency to consolidate and align content calendars across platforms. Ensure timely scheduling and consistent delivery of posts using social media management tools, while maintaining platform-specific best practices, brand voice and visual identity across all social media platforms.
Content Creation & Copywriting
Liaise with content creators to develop visually appealing and engaging content formats—such as reels, carousels, stories, and static posts—that resonate with the target audience. Assist in drafting compelling captions, post text, and ad copy that align with brand tone and social media trends.
Page Management & Optimization
Assist in ongoing optimization of company-owned pages on all social platforms. Ensure profile information, branding elements, highlights, and call-to-actions are consistently updated and optimized for visibility and engagement.
Campaign Support & Asset Coordination
Collaborate with internal team or agencies to coordinate timely delivery of campaign assets and ensure they meet channel-specific formats.
Social Audits
Conduct social audits and regularly monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement rate, saves, and shares. Highlight high-performing content and recommend future content direction based on trends.
Platform Intelligence & Trend Monitoring
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices to ensure the company’s online presence remain optimized and competitive.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in a relevant field of study
Minimum 4+ years of experience
