Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant, preferably in the real estate development sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, regulations, and practices.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and RERA certification are preferred.
