Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development
Architect, design, and develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages
Build and integrate REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party applications to extend Salesforce functionality
Ensure clean, reusable, well-documented, and optimized code through peer reviews and Salesforce best practices
Support performance tuning, troubleshooting, and technical enhancements across Salesforce environments
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to translate requirements into technical designs and solutions
Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor junior developers
DevOps & Deployment
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins
Improve deployment processes through automation, standardization, and release governance
Governance & Security
Ensure compliance with Salesforce security model, data architecture principles, and governance standards
Proactively identify risks, scalability issues, and improvement opportunities, recommending enterprise-grade solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong command of:
Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using:
REST/SOAP
Middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and performance optimization
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Certifications (Mandatory):
Salesforce Administrator
Platform Developer I
Preferred certifications:
Platform Developer II or other advanced Salesforce certifications
Preferred Experience
Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Experience with AppExchange solutions like Conga, DocuSign, CPQ
Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations with multi-cloud integrations
