Engineer & Architect
Job Location : UAE
Qualifications :
• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, authority approvals, and submission processes
• Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
• Experience in residential and commercial project work
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Assist with authority submissions and permit approvals
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with UAE regulations
• Support project planning and execution activities
