Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring on behalf of a client for a Sales Executive to join our prestigious luxury retail showroom. The ideal candidate will have a passion for premium brands, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in luxury sales. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experience, driving sales performance, and upholding the highest standards of visual presentation and service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and engage clients with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a tailored luxury shopping experience.
• Understand customer preferences and provide personalized product recommendations from our exclusive portfolio.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through effective client Eling, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and stay informed about the latest market trends and brand updates.
• Ensure the showroom is immaculate and visually always aligned with brand guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Support in organizing and executing in-store events and promotions.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in high-end or luxury retail is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience with internationally recognized luxury brands is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and build meaningful customer relationships.
• Highly presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
