Job Title – Guest Service Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily guest services and front desk operations
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and address complaints promptly
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
Train and guide junior staff for excellent service delivery
Maintain records of guest interactions, reservations, and feedback
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or holiday homes preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
Must be currently based in Dubai
