Job Position – Financial Analyst

Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
– 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in real estate development, real estate investment, or private equity
– Advanced Excel skills (required), including:
• Complex formulas and financial functions
• Pivot tables and Power Query
• Scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Data validation and structured modeling best practices
– Strong understanding of real estate financial concepts (cash flow waterfalls, development budgets, leasing assumptions, exit valuations)
– Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
