Job Position – Team Leader

For a leading client for their SME business.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 14,000 – AED 15,000 + Incentives
Key Requirements:
– Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Payment Card Industry (Acquiring)
– Preferred Arabic speakers
– Should have experience in team handling
Responsibilities:
Meeting Sales Targets/VAS
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
Ensure the team meets the targets on s DCC, E-com and setup charges.
Build/Achiever/Update Sales Pipeline of prospective accounts/Merchants in target markets.
Setting goals for the team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
Training of business development team under his supervision.
Take responsibility for the quality of the team’s submission of necessary paperwork in line with standard operating procedures.
Mitigate and manage Risk and Opportunities for the overall profitability of the accounts that he/she acquires.
Technical skills/ Knowledge:
Knowledge of Merchant Acquiring products & services.
Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.
Good knowledge of service standards.
Knowledge of VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, CUP Products.
