Job Title – Airport Coordinator

Company Name – Rider Arabia Group
Job Location – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage passenger services at the airport
Assist travelers with check-ins, boarding, and inquiries
Liaise with airlines, airport authorities, and ground handling teams
Ensure smooth operations and timely handling of passenger requests
Handle complaints and provide prompt solutions
Maintain accurate records of passenger movements and reports

Requirements:

Minimum education: Higher Secondary School or Graduate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in airport operations or customer service preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Salary – AED 5,000 to AED 10,000
