Hiring for a reliable and detail-oriented to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage daily office administration, correspondence, emails, and phone calls
• Prepare sales invoices, proforma invoices, quotations, delivery documents, and packing slips
• Maintain proper filing and systematic record management (physical & digital)
• Coordinate payroll-related activities, including attendance, overtime, leave, and vacation records
• Monitor office supplies, stationery, and ensure smooth functioning of office equipment
Requirements :
• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Good communication and coordination skills
