Qualifications – Graduate / Post Graduate
Requirements:
Support students with special educational needs (SEN)
Plan and deliver individualized learning programs
Work closely with teachers, parents, and counselors
Monitor student progress and maintain records
Use appropriate teaching strategies and learning aids
Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
BA or MA in Psychology
B.Ed in Special Education is mandatory
Experience working with special needs students preferred
Strong understanding of inclusive education practices
