Job Position – Jr Business Analyst

– Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders in the eCommerce business of the aviation industry.
– Conduct feasibility studies, impact analysis, and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate proposed solutions.
– Develop and maintain business processes, workflows, and use cases.
– Create functional requirements and technical specifications.
– Collaborate with development teams to ensure that the proposed solutions meet business requirements.
-Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of proposed solutions.
– Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions.
– Provide ongoing support to end-users and stakeholders.
– Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of the solutions delivered.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– 4+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the aviation industry (eCommerce, mobile app, airport services).
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and remains informed of technology advances being made and proposed in airline industry that could add to the company’s services and improve flydubai’s efficiency.
– Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as IATA,.
– Experience with business process modelling, workflow analysis, and use case development.
– Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business analysis tools such as Visio, Jira, Azure Visual studio.
