Requirements:

Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of scheduling tools and techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Gulf/KSA experience is an advantage.
