Requirements:
Handle reservations and bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and transportation
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information on availability, rates, and services
Process cancellations, modifications, and refunds as per company policies
Maintain records of bookings and customer interactions
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Graduate or Diploma in any discipline
Prior experience in reservations or travel bookings preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer and booking system knowledge
Ability to handle high-volume inquiries efficiently
Immediate joiners preferred.
