Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review BOQs for civil works, excavation, backfilling, and marine projects.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and equipment usage.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and follow up on payments.
• Prepare variation reports and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, preferably in excavation, land reclamation, or marine projects.
• Familiarity with local contract regulations and cost management software (e.g., CostX).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Must be based in Bahrain and ready to join.
