Job Overview:
DOGUS – GCC JV is hiring a Junior Civil / Survey Engineer for the Abu Dhabi MI1A – MID ISLAND PARKWAY PROJECT (Phase 1A). This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior engineers who are eager to build their careers in BIM and infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training and exposure in a professional and supportive project environment.

Responsibilities:
•Support BIM-related works and infrastructure project activities
•Assist in the preparation and review of drawings and technical documents
•Coordinate with engineering, BIM, and site teams
•Support data collection and basic site activities when required
•Contribute to project execution and documentation processes

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Survey Engineering
•Fresh graduates or junior-level candidates are welcome
•Strong interest in BIM and infrastructure works
•Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (BIM software knowledge is an advantage)
•Good English communication skills
•Eagerness to learn with a strong team-oriented mindset
