Proven experience as a Scaffolder or Scaffolding Technician.
Knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and regulations.
Ability to read scaffolding drawings and technical instructions.
Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
Good communication skills and team attitude.
Relevant certifications or safety training in scaffolding (preferred).
