Description:
Samira Maatouk Group, a well-established and diversified organization in the UAE, is looking to appoint a results-driven Finance Manager to take ownership of the company’s financial operations and contribute to long-term strategic growth. This role is ideal for a finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with leadership capability and business insight.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across business units
Prepare, review, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to support informed decision-making
Ensure full compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT requirements, audits, and internal control standards
Supervise accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and cost control measures
Deliver strategic financial analysis and insights to senior leadership to guide business performance and expansion
Manage and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and external financial partners
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, operational efficiency, and risk management practices

Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional certifications or a master’s degree are highly desirable
5 to 8 years of relevant experience, ideally within retail, FMCG, hospitality, or trading environments
In-depth understanding of UAE financial laws, VAT regulations, and compliance requirements
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing finance teams
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP B1, along with strong command of MS Excel
Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
