Qualifications:
-DOH license holder or passer
-MOH/DHA license or Eligibility holders are welcome to apply
-Experience in home healthcare is an advantage
-Strong communication skills and patient-focused mindset
Responsibilities include:
-Providing safe, timely, and effective nursing care in patients’ homes
-Coordinating with healthcare teams to deliver personalized care
-Monitoring and adjusting care plans based on patient progress
