Job Title: Telephone Operator
Qualifications: Higher Secondary School & Equivalent / Graduate

Requirements:
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Handle customer inquiries and provide information professionally
Maintain call logs and records of conversations
Assist in coordinating internal and external communications
Ensure timely follow-up on messages and requests
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times
High School or Graduate qualification
Prior experience as a telephone operator or in customer service preferred
Good communication and listening skills
Ability to work in shifts if required
Professional attitude and courteous behavior
