Job Title: BIM Modeler Officer
Qualifications: Engineering Graduates/PG (Civil, Architectural, or related field)
Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and maintain BIM models using Revit or similar software
Coordinate design information across different disciplines
Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in the model
Ensure models comply with construction project standards and guidelines
Support project teams with drawings, documentation, and design updates
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to streamline workflows
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, or related engineering field
Hands-on experience with BIM software such as Revit
Knowledge of design coordination, clash detection, and construction standards
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Good communication and teamwork skills
