Leasing Consultant
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities :
• Market and resell residential and commercial properties across Dubai and the UAE secondary market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and property investors.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing trends, and investment potential.
• Conduct property viewings, present properties professionally, negotiate terms, and manage contract execution.
• Generate and manage leads via referrals, digital marketing, networking, and company-provided leads.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets; report sales activity and pipeline using the company CRM.
Requirements :
• Proven sales experience in real estate
• Secondary market experience
• Negotiation skills
• Presentation skills
• Goal oriented
• Self motivated
• Client relations
• RERA license
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience working in Dubai property market
• Track record of meeting sales targets
• Familiarity with Dubai developer portfolios and off-plan projects
• Competence using CRM and digital marketing tools
