Secondary Agent
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities :
• Market, buy, sell and lease resale residential and commercial properties across Dubai and the UAE
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers and investors
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing trends and investment potential in Dubai’s secondary market
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and manage contracts to completion
• Generate and manage leads through referrals, digital marketing and networking
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Requirements :
• Proven sales experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated performer
• Client relationship building
• Secondary market experience
• Dubai property market knowledge
• RERA registration (preferred)
• CRM proficiency
• Previous real estate sales track record
