Fluent in Arabic & English
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes
Manage employee relations and performance systems
Develop training and professional development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Manage HR systems, records, and lead the HR team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven HR experience, preferably across multiple sectors
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
