Responsibilities:
Handle pre-approval and authorization requests from hospitals and clinics.
Review medical documents and insurance coverage for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with hospitals, insurance providers, and internal teams for timely approvals.
Ensure compliance with insurance policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records and update systems with approval decisions.
Requirements:
Experience in pre-authorization or insurance claims is preferred.
Hospital-based experience is an advantage.
Willingness to work in shifts is mandatory.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
