A well-established Steel Fabrication and Coating Company based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Will be responsible for managing procurement activities related to raw materials, consumables, equipment, and services required for steel fabrication and coating operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and services for fabrication and coating projects
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies
Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project and production schedules
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and production teams
Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and reports
Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements
Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment follow-ups
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Purchase Executive (preferably in steel fabrication, manufacturing, or construction industry)
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
Experience in sourcing steel, fabrication materials, or industrial consumables is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
UAE experience is preferred
