Job Position – Human Resources Manager

A leading Real Estate Developer/Brokerage firm in Dubai

To lead and manage all HR functions across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UAE labor law, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations within the real estate or related industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for real estate agents, sales teams, and corporate staff
Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and HR best practices
Oversee employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
Design and manage compensation, benefits, and incentive structures
Lead training, development, and succession planning initiatives
Maintain HR records, contracts, and payroll coordination
Promote a positive, high-performance company culture

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in real estate or sales-driven environments
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Experience working in Dubai is mandatory
