Operations Manager
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee daily operations across all café branches
• Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, brand standards, and service guidelines
• Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance reviews
• Plan, execute, and manage events, pop-ups, kiosks, and temporary outlets
• Coordinate staffing, logistics, setup, and breakdown for events
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all operations
• Lead, coach, and support Store Managers and event teams
• Manage budgets, costs, sales performance, and profitability
• Oversee inventory management, suppliers, and equipment coordination
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and labor laws
• Support new branch openings and business growth initiatives
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Sales growth and profitability
• Event and pop-up performance
• Customer satisfaction
• Labor and food cost control
• Compliance and audit results
• Staff engagement and retention
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in F&B operations with multi-branch exposure
• Proven experience managing events and pop-ups
• Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills
