Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager - % Arabica, based in Kuwait City. The Area Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple store locations, ensuring service quality and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include staff supervision and development, monitoring key performance indicators, implementing operational strategies, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The Area Manager will work closely with managerial teams to drive business performance, foster customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth functioning of the assigned outlets.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Leadership, Team Management, and Staff Training to motivate and oversee diverse teams effectively.
- Skills in Strategic Planning, Operational Efficiency, and Process Implementation to optimize stores functions and achieve targets.
- Customer Service and Relationship Management expertise to enhance guest satisfaction and address service matters proactively.
- Knowledge of Inventory Management, Budget Planning, and Cost Optimization to maximize profitability while ensuring quality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail to maintain high service standards.
- Familiarity with the coffee industry and hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
