This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hawalli, Kuwait, for a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Coordinator. The HSE Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulations and promote workplace safety. The role involves conducting risk assessments, providing safety training, investigating incidents, and preparing reports. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with management and teams to foster a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Health & Safety, Workplace Safety, and promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
- Experience and knowledge in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and environmental standards.
- Expertise in Occupational Health and conducting risk assessments for the prevention of workplace hazards.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging Safety Training programs to enhance workplace awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for incident investigation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Prior experience in the oil and gas industry is a significant advantage.
