Executive Assistant

Job Location : UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track the execution of key projects and assigned deliverables
• Coordinate reports, audits, and submission of official documentation
• Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Support executive meetings, workshops, and presentations
• Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and expense statements
• Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and adherence to company standards at all times

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Administrator
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is preferred
• Professional appearance with a confident and well-presented personality
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong coordination, multitasking, and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience handling tenders, commercial submissions, or audit documentation is an advantage
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid UAE driving license is required
• Male or Female candidates; UAE-based applicants preferred
