Description:
Apollo Bistro, located at Palm Views West, Palm Jumeirah, is currently hiring a friendly, energetic, and guest-oriented Junior Hostess to join its front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, well-presented, and passionate about building a career in the hospitality industry while delivering an excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Escort and seat guests efficiently while managing guest flow
• Assist with reservations and table coordination
• Handle incoming phone calls and provide basic restaurant information
• Keep the host desk and reception area clean, organized, and presentable
• Support the service team during busy and peak operating hours
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role
• Fine dining experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Polite, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute positively to the team
• Prior knowledge or experience with SevenRooms is a plus
