Description:
With several new projects in progress, Blue Oak Contracting & Design LLC is expanding its team and is currently seeking a motivated Procurement Candidate to support ongoing Landscape and Interior Projects in Dubai. This role is well-suited for candidates with hands-on UAE procurement experience who are ready to contribute to a growing contracting organization.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Prior UAE experience working with a contracting company (landscape and interior projects preferred)
• Responsible for material sourcing, vendor coordination, and purchase order management
• Liaise closely with site teams to understand material requirements and delivery timelines
• Ensure timely procurement and smooth coordination of materials to project sites
• Demonstrate strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Must be currently available in the UAE; immediate joiners are preferred
