Social Media Marketing Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads in the UAE
• Manage and expand the company’s presence across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Create and manage detailed content calendars covering visuals, photography coordination, and compelling copywriting
• Track and analyze social media and digital campaign performance, preparing reports based on KPIs and insights
• Support the business development team with marketing collateral, proposals, presentations, and portfolio content
• Collaborate with design and project teams to highlight completed projects and behind-the-scenes activities
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices
• Assist in planning, organizing, and promoting company events, exhibitions, and community initiatives
• Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing and digital channels
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in marketing and social media management, preferably in architecture, design, or real estate sectors
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation techniques, and digital marketing tools
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
