Requirements:
Medical degree with specialization in Pediatrics and Neonatology
Consultant-level certification in Neonatology
Valid UAE medical license (DHA / DOH / MOH as applicable)
Proven experience as a Consultant Neonatologist
Strong clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
