Credit Risk Systems (CRMS)
To partner with Risk, Finance, and IT teams and help design, enhance, and support our Credit Risk Management System (CRMS).
What you’ll do:
Gather and translate business needs into clear BRDs, user stories, and functional specs
Map and improve end-to-end credit risk processes (origination, approvals, monitoring, reporting)
Work closely with IT and vendors to deliver functional, compliant solutions
Define data flows, validations, and integrations across risk and core banking systems
Ensure alignment with CBUAE CRMS, Basel, IFRS9, and internal governance standards
Maintain complete project documentation and support audits
What we’re looking for:
7–10+ years of banking experience, with strong exposure to credit / risk systems
Proven Business Analysis skills (documentation, workshops, stakeholder management)
Good understanding of credit risk lifecycle & data governance
Experience with risk platforms (Moody’s, FIS, etc.) is a plus
Certifications like FRM / PRM / PMP / CBAP are an advantage
