Job Position – Accounts Manager
Company Name – Luxridge Building Contracting
Requirements:
10–15 years of experience in Accounting & Finance
B.Com with professional qualification: CA / CMA / ACCA
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Salary: Up to AED 20,000
Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve purchase bills and subcontractor bills
Review and approve supplier & subcontractor payments
Maintain project-wise subcontractor masters
Understand project budgets and BOQs
Ensure accurate cost allocation to budgets and BOQ
Track and maintain vendor advance records
Recognize revenue based on project progress and prepare client invoices
Review VAT submissions and ensure accurate reconciliations
Oversee fund status and monitor major incoming & outgoing payments
Strong understanding of Corporate Tax (CT) provisions
Prepare final accounts with relevant schedules
