Production Manager - Joinery Division
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day factory operations, production planning, and workflow management.
• Lead and manage production teams, including carpenters, machinists, spray painters, and supervisors.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality joinery products within specified timelines.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures across all production stages.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and design teams to meet project requirements.
• Optimize production efficiency, resource allocation, and cost control measures.
• Enforce safety regulations, maintenance schedules, and compliance with company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement, lean processes, and operational best practices.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in joinery manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery, woodworking machinery, and production processes.
• Proven track record of managing factory teams and delivering high-quality output.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
