Civil Site Engineer
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities on-site
• Coordinate with MEP, procurement, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor work progress, manpower allocation, and material requirements
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate site records, inspections, and execution reports
• Support quality control and ensure adherence to approved drawings and method statements
• Resolve site challenges and escalate critical issues to project management
• Ensure smooth workflow through effective site supervision and coordination
Requirements :
• 2–3 years UAE experience in construction projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering(mandatory)
• Strong skills in site supervision, coordination, and multitasking
• Sound understanding of UAE construction standards, specifications, and compliance
• Knowledge of UAE construction and engineering practices
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Must be currently based in UAE
• Must be available for immediate joining
