Qualifications:
Proven UAE experience in contracting and designing ultra-luxury mansions and villas.
Strong technical skills in schematic design and architectural coordination.
Excellent knowledge of UAE building regulations and standards.
Immediate availability within UAE is highly preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
